In individual therapy, in addition to talking, we engage in body-oriented work. Within a safe and confidential therapeutic relationship, you have the opportunity to be seen – and to truly see yourself.
The therapeutic process brings awareness to behavioral patterns, thoughts, ways of acting, imagery, as well as breathing, bodily sensations, and movement – or the absence of it. Emotions are also given space and attention.

Individual body psychotherapy typically extends over several years. However, a shorter initial therapy contract can be agreed upon, after which the continuation of therapy is reviewed together. Sessions are usually held 1–2 times per week. To ensure mutual suitability, 1–3 initial consultation sessions are scheduled before entering into a psychotherapy agreement.
